About Miles of Memories: Walk for Alzheimer's

Since 1992, the Miles of Memories Walk has been a tradition on the Cape and Islands. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the Walk is one of the oldest continual pledge walks on the Cape and Islands and the only in the region to support Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia.

The Walk has grown since 1992. Now with over a thousand people participating each year. There are six different walk locations and has become a connecting point for making a difference in the lives of our neighbors, co-workers, friends, and family who have Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia.
