Fay School and Blue Sky Collaborative have worked together for almost three years on several projects. We have engaged this firm to create our alumni website FayNet, and to redesign our intranet site Mooselinks and our public website www.fayschool.org. In each of these endeavors the personnel at Blue Sky approached their responsibilities with the highest degree of professionalism. While their technical knowledge and skills are exceptional, they are able to communicate well with both our technical and non-technical people. At the beginning of each project they took the time to understand our goals while suggesting what would and wouldn’t work.
Perhaps no more needs to be said about our confidence in their work than the fact that following the creation of FayNet we hired them for two more projects. The redesign of our website is particularly illustrative of both their professional and personal skills. Our original site, one of the first created in the junior boarding school world, was well thought of and served our needs for a number of years. But it became apparent two years ago that the site had become tired in appearance and outdated technologically. While this was recognized by those who had developed the original site, accepting an “outside” firm to bring in a new look and better technology was not initially easy. But throughout the process, Blue Sky worked very closely with many people at Fay and our goals were very successfully met.
Throughout the time we have worked with the firm, we have found them to be responsive to any concerns we’ve had and immediately available to fix any problems that arose. Blue Sky has our complete confidence and our strongest recommendation.
