Management Team:
Syam Buradagunta President and CEO, Co-Founder
Mr. Buradagunta brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial experience, education, leadership, social awareness, and
a penchant for out-of-the-box thinking to the helm at Blue Sky Collaborative. As the President and Founder of Carehub,
Buradagunta started and sold a company that developed services that improved the lives of the elderly and chronically
ill. Buradagunta subsequently served as the Vice President Technology at Living Strategies, a long term care services
company that acquired Carehub. At Living Strategies, Buradagunta was involved in the successful sale of the company to
Universal American Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: UHCO). Later he served as the Director of Information Technology at ALS
Therapy Development Foundation (ALS-TDF), a nonprofit in Newton, MA, where he led the development of an online community
fundraising system, which served as the inspiration for Blue Sky Collaborative. Mr. Buradagunta graduated with a BA from
Williams College in 1994.
Anna L. Bremner COO, Co-Founder
Ms. Bremner brings her diverse skills and background to the Blue Sky Collaborative team. Her talents
in software development and design have been successfully applied to bringing grassroots efforts online.
Ms. Bremner’s work in online fundraising and awareness building has been featured on Nightline, ESPN, NBC’s
Today Show and in the New York Times. She has lead projects as an outside consultant at prominent Boston
area clients like Biogen, Millenium Pharmaceuticals, State Street Bank, and Partners Healthcare. Ms. Bremner
is also a classically trained musician who has performed at Carnegie Hall and before Margaret Thatcher, Francois
Mitterrand, former President George Bush, and Mikail Gorbachev at the United Nations. Ms. Bremner graduated
in 1998 from New York University with a BA in Politics and a minor in Journalism. She is also fluent in French and English.
Tom Kahana Project Manager, Product Development
Mr. Kahana brings his creative mind, experience, and expansive thinking to help expand and enhance Blue Sky Collaborative
services and products. Kahana started at Parametric Technologies, Inc. (PTC), where he was heavily involved in
creating and implementing marketing initiatives for the PTC software line. After that, Kahana spearheaded the
efforts of Leading Market Technologies (LMT) to develop their MarketBrowser software. Kahana turned this software
into a money maker by exploiting new revenue avenues and expanding on existing opportunities. Now, Kahana is heading
up the online Marketing efforts for OnForce, an online IT solutions marketplace. In his spare time, he like to organize
charity events, most recently Curt's Date Auction, a charity date auction all to benefit Curt's Pitch for ALS,
raising over $15,000. Mr. Kahana also recently joined the board of Boston Young Professionals Association
(www.bostonypa.com). Kahana's experience in marketing and his passion for charities makes him an excellent addition and
fit for Blue Sky Collaborative's mission and goals.
