1. Blue Sky Collaborative never charges transaction fees. SWEET is the one and only Customized Pledge Event Software that you can purchase that can make this claim. No transaction fees. Ever. SWEET integrates with your existing merchant account and online credit card processor. If that is not possible, then we use industry standard payment processors including Paypal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net, and Linkpoint. Under no circumstance will we charge a transaction fee. 2. The money goes from the credit card processor directly into your bank account – usually within 24-48 hours. Blue Sky Collaborative is never in possession of your money or your donors' money. back
3. Printable and downloadable reports of all registrants and donors with their contact information are available for you. The downloads can be in Excel, CSV or XML format. You also have transaction lists that can be sorted by donor, date, team, and participant. All data is available in a format that can integrate with a number of donor management systems. back
4. Yes. SWEET can include an approval process that allows you to approve fundraising pages before they go live or remove pages after they have been created. back
5. $4495 is the fee for a 1 year license. Licenses for subsequent years are $2000 per year. As your event grows from year to year, your software fees decline. back
6. Yes. We can create a brand new design that takes elements from your site or take the exact design and styles from your current web site. Most clients like a stand alone design that retains many features of their brand but looks like a distinct site. In either case, SWEET is designed by professionals and will appear that way. SWEET offers professional quality at do-it-yourself prices. back
7. As with most of the features of SWEET, the URL can be anything that you want. One example is http://walk.yoursiteurl.org. You can also come up with a brand new url that you redirect to from a page on your main site. Regardless of what you choose the URL is your own not ours. Donors and users won't be met by obnoxious and long URLS that cause confusion and are not optimized for search engines. back
