Download this form, fill it out and bring it with you to the park on Walk day.
Check-in begins at 1 pm and the Walk kicks off at 2 pm. Don't forget the Walk Against Hunger is held RAIN or SHINE, see you there!

Each participant needs to register separately. Families, please do not register more than one person at a time. Each participant must have a separate and unique email. If you wish to register yourself or someone else but do not have an email address please print this form and bring it with you on Walk day.

Once you register online for the Walk Against Hunger, you will have several resources available to help you raise funds for Connecticut Food Bank. These resources include:

• An online fundraising guide full of ideas and sample emails.
• If you have registered as part of a team, you will have a team page available to you. You can add a photo of your team and display your team goal. You will also have your own page within the team page so that you can direct family and friends to your page or your team’s page so they can learn more about the Walk Against Hunger, have ability to make online donations or join the team too!
• If you have registered as an individual walker, you will have your own personalized page that you can add photos and a fundraising goal to. From the page you can email family and friends to learn more about your participation in the Walk Against Hunger and raise funds online.
