So you’ve decided to join us in putting the FUN back into FUNdraising. Excellent! We've made it easy for you to raise money for abortion access by following these simple steps:
1) Find an event in your area
From the list below, locate an event in your area and click on their link. No event listed? You can participate in the nationwide online virtual event! This event won't take place in a bowling alley. Instead, join people across the country who want to raise money for abortion access and stay connected online. You can set up a personal fundraising page or even create your own team and recruit others to help fundraise.
After you click the "Register" link above...
2) You can be the captain of your own team!
Choose 'Start a Team.' When you captain your own team, you're responsible for recruiting your teammates and making sure your team reaches its fundraising goal. Aim high--you can always adjust the goal if necessary! Looking for a team name? Check out the roster for inspiration: teams include Midwife Crisis, Multiple Scoregasms, the Ova Achievers, and more!
3) Looking for a team to join?
Choose 'Join a Team.' If a team captain recruited you to join their team, pick your team name from the team drop down menu and get ready to roll.
Don’t forget: You will be responsible for raising money as a team member. Your team captain will get you more information about your individual fundraising goal.
4) Or register as an individual
Can’t attend your local event but want to support your local abortion fund? You can still show your support by registering as an individual. There is no fundraising minimum - you can raise $10 or $10,000.
